“When you commit to growth after trauma, there is resurrecting power that demands your hope, potential, and faith to rise up. An even better version of you is waiting to emerge!”

-Sarah Jake Roberts

There's healing on the other side- and it starts today!

I know the pain you are feeling- because I've lived it too! I also know, you don't have to stay there. You gave your heart, your dreams, and your prayers to something that shattered.

Now it’s time to give yourself permission to rebuild, stronger and more beautiful than ever.

I remember the nights I laid awake, staring at the ceiling, wondering how my life had shattered so fast. I remember feeling like a failure, drowning in shame, praying for a rescue that felt impossibly far away.

If you’re here, reading these words, I want you to know:
You are not alone. And this is not the end of your story.

The enemy would love for you to believe that you’re broken beyond repair — but God calls you redeemed, restored, and rebuilt.

Picture this:

  • Waking up without the weight of fear strangling your chest.
  • Looking in the mirror and actually recognizing yourself again — stronger, wiser, softer in the places that matter most.
  • Feeling the fire in your spirit reignite, not because everything is perfect, but because you finally believe again.

Healing doesn’t happen by accident. It starts with a decision — a step — a yes.

Friend, staying where you are will only prolong the ache. There is a life filled with hope, peace, and new beginnings waiting for you — but you have to reach for it.

I’ve walked through the fire you’re standing in now. And by the grace of God, I came out stronger.

You can too.

But you have to move. You have to say yes to healing — right now. Don’t waste another day trapped in what God is calling you out of.

If you are here you are probably feeling....

Broken heart

Like the weight of everything you've been through is sitting on your chest. You know you need to do something, but you have no idea of where to start.

A woman who is unable to sleep.

The physical and emotional effects from the trauma. Some days it’s sleepless nights, tightness in your chest, anxiety that won’t let up, or a heaviness you can’t explain. Sometimes it’s migraines that knock you out of life completely. It feels like my body is carrying the story my heart is still trying to forget.

Storm cloud over a girl

Like you are going through the motions of life. You may feel numb and struggle to find real joy in life. Your trauma is a storm cloud that follows you everywhere.

Friend, I was right where you are!

I’ve been where you are, and I can promise you — healing from divorce is possible, and it starts now. You don’t have to wait any longer to step into the life God has planned for you.

  • You can have relationships that are healthy, loving, and safe — both romantic and with friends.
  • You can feel real peace within yourself.
  • You can experience joy again and notice the beauty in life’s little moments.
  • You can rediscover your purpose.
  • You can live a healthier overall life- physically, mentally, and emotionally.
  • And you can learn to love yourself again.
